Where are all my cookie dough lovers out there? Don’t you just want to go grab that tub of raw cookie dough and just start eating it? I know I definitely do. Well, you can actually start eating this cookie dough by the spoonful and won’t have to feel guilty about it. Not to mention the fact that it is only 90 calories per 2 tbsp. compared to over 150 calories and way more sugar in regular cookie dough.
It has no eggs at all so there is no need to cook it. In fact, I didn’t cook it at all. I either ate it with a spoon or put it on just about anything. From muffins, to toast, to sandwiches, to fruit. It pretty much tasted great on everything.
The secret ingredient is… garbanzo beans. Yep. This delicious cookie dough is made out of garbanzo beans. Even more reason to just devour it, am I right? Of course there was natural peanut butter because peanut butter is amazing. And some Amberlyn Chocolates sugar free dark chocolate chunks which are absolutely bomb!
