Pancakes and waffles are amazing for breakfast. Or really anytime. But, you know what is just as tasty and a lot quicker and easier to make? Oatmeal. I know, I know. You are probably thinking, “Oatmeal is so boring and tastes so bland.” Well, it isn’t if you make it the right way like this delicious raspberry peanut butter protein oatmeal.
I used to not be a very big fan of raspberry, but now I have pretty much fallen in love with them. I could easily eat a couple of packages of fresh raspberries without even thinking about it. So, I figured why not combine the flavor of raspberry with one of my other favorite flavors, peanut butter!!!
In the oatmeal to give it the raspberry peanut butter flavor, I added some fresh raspberries while cooking. Then I mixed in a little bit of peanut flour (or peanut butter) and my vanilla Beast Sports vanilla protein powder. Then, once it was done cooking, I topped it with some more peanut butter and raspberries!
