It probably hasn’t been very long since my last stack of pancakes, but it feels like forever. I normally have pancakes every couple of days, so when it gets to be over a week, I really start to need my pancakes again! I don’t think there is any better way to get back to them than some oreo protein pancakes.
The pancakes were just my typical pancake recipe but I used chocolate combat powder instead of my normal vanilla or cinnamon bun. I also added some cocoa powder to give them some more chocolate flavor.
For the creme part of the oreo, I layered each of the pancakes with sugar free white chocolate pudding. It tastes really similar the creme between oreos. As always, I added some even more flavor. I made a really easy dark chocolate sauce using some maple syrup, cocoa powder, and stevia.
After layering the pancakes with pudding and adding the dark chocolate sauce, I drizzled on some white chocolate. I just melted some of my sugar free Amber Lyn white chocolate chunks. To finish it all off, I had to add a crushed oreo on top.
