Anyway, back to the delicious cake at hand. There are so many variations that you can do with it.
- Change the flavor from chocolate to vanilla protein powder
- Add different extracts such as vanilla, almond, caramel, etc
- Use mashed banana instead of pumpkin for a banana bread flavor
- Add any toppings you prefer such as peanut butter, chocolate chips, etc

Description
Easy, protein-packed mug cake to satisfy your sweet cravings without extra empty calories.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop (34g) Macro Supps ONE Protein, chocolate brownie (“MACROCHEF” code to save 10%)
(a whey/casein blend formulated for baking/recipes) - 1/2 cup (120g) canned pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp (5g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- sweetener to taste
- chocolate chips and/or peanut butter for topping (optional)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl or mug. Microwave for about 45 seconds. Check at 30 seconds to make sure you don’t overcook. It is best when it’s gooey. In my microwave it took a total of 45 seconds.
Top with any desired toppings and enjoy!
Notes
* Pumpkin can be substituted for an equal amount of mashed banana or applesauce. This will affect calories / macros.
