I had a bike race on Saturday, but it was later in the day so I had time to sleep in and then make these delicious white chocolate brownie protein waffles. I normally always eat oatmeal before my races, but a huge stack of waffles was a nice change. I think I might eat waffles before races more often!
When I woke up, I decided it was a good morning for waffles. But as always, I wasn’t sure on what kind I wanted to make. I started searching around the kitchen and saw the package that I received from Buff Bake with a few of their protein peanut butters they sent me to try. One of them was aĀ white chocolate protein peanut butter so I decided white chocolate was a must.
I also found some little fiber one brownies in the pantry.Ā I figured I would make chocolate waffles and top them with the white chocolate protein peanut butter,Ā fiber one brownie, and melted white chocolate. If this isn’t a chocolate lovers heaven, then I don’t know what is.
The recipe made enough for 5 pretty good sized Belgian waffles. I might have accidentally eaten one before I took pictures because you gotta test the food right? Then after taking pictures, I ended up eating the other four waffles as well. Needless to say, I was pretty full and satisfied afterwards!
