It has been a little while since I have made a bread recipe. Every time I end up making it, I tell myself I need to make bread more often. I have made banana bread a few times and wanted to change it up a little. I decided to make a berry chocolate chunk protein bread. I love the combination of decadent chocolate and plum berries.
Each slice has about 8 grams of protein thanks to the MusclePharm vanilla combat protein I added in. It works great in recipes like this because it doesn’t dry out like normal whey protein does.
This bread is actually so good that it is almost gone. I decided to made a second loaf using the exact same recipe. I normally don’t repeat recipes, but this one was definitely worth it. My family has especially loved it. One of the best parts is that it doesn’t even need any toppings to taste good, but add a little peanut butter, and it takes it to another level!
