3-Ingredient Protein Treat: Vanilla Protein Bites

If you’re craving a quick and easy protein-packed treat, these Vanilla Protein Bites are just what you need. With only 3 ingredients, you can whip up a delicious high protein snack that satisfies your sweet tooth while supporting your fitness goals!

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of Macro1 Nutrition ONE Protein – Vanilla Ice Cream or any other whey/casein blend. MUST BE a whey/casein blend for this to work.
  • 1/2 cup of almond butter
  • 1/4 cup of honey

Instructions:

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the Macro1 Nutrition ONE Protein – Vanilla Ice Cream, almond butter, and honey. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined, forming a thick dough-like consistency.
  2. Shape into Balls: Using your hands or a small cookie scooper, form the mixture into bite-sized balls. Place the balls on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Chill and Enjoy: Pop the protein bites into the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let them firm up. Once they’re set, they’re ready to enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
