No matter where you are from, every one needs to have a s’mores at least once. There is nothing better than sitting around the campfire with friends and family and making s’mores.
Just this summer, my brother and sister surprised me with a MacroChef 50k followers on Instagram party. It was awesome. Some of my closest friends came over and we just hung out and had fun! Of course we had a bonfire and some s’mores. It was so much fun!
I was just thinking about that, and figured that a s’mores brownie would be awesome.Chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker. What is not to love?
A big thank you to MusclePharm for sending me some chocolate milk combat protein powder. It is one of my favorite protein powders and went perfectly in the brownie.
I blended some graham cracker sheets into graham flour to use in the batter. I also melted some Amber Lyn Chocolates milk chocolate baking chunks. I just melted it and used it in the wet ingredients. It helped with the awesome chocolate flavor!

- Preheat oven to 350F. Blend or mash 4 graham cracker sheets into a flour consistency. Mix whole wheat flour, graham cracker flour, protein powders, stevia/erythritol, cocoa powder, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- In a separate large bowl add almond milk, greek yogurt, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk together until combined. Microwave chocolate chunks in a small microwave safe bowl for about 30-60 seconds or until melted. Pour melted chocolate into wet ingredients and mix again until combined.
- Add 1/2 of dry ingredients to wet and gently mix until combined. Add remaining 1/2 of wet ingredients and mix again until combined. Be careful not to over mix. Batter will be thick.

- Bake for about 25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. They might seem little under done, but they will firm up after they have been out of the oven and cooled. Let cool for about 15-20 minutes on a cooling rack. Slice into 8 large brownies and enjoy!
Notes
* The maple syrup can be substituted for honey or agave. I have not tried sugar free syrup to know how it would turn out.
