  • 1 tbsp. granulated stevia or erythritol
  • 2 tbsp. (30g) vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1 chocolate brownie fiber protein bar (MuscleTech Mission, Quest, B-Up, etc.)

  2. Mix together all remaining ingredients in a small bowl to make cookie dough. Cookie dough will be very thick and kind of sticky.
  3. Divide the cookie dough between the 5 mini muffin spots and press it in on top of the protein bar pieces.
  4. Heat up for about 10 seconds in the microwave to make the brownie soft before eating. Enjoy!
