Moist and fluffy maple protein muffins filled with white chocolate chips. These protein muffins pack 12 grams of protein making them the prefect healthy and delicious snack!

Serves: 8 muffins
Ingredients
1¼ cup (150g) whole wheat flour
1 scoop (31g) vanilla whey protein powder
1 scoop (34g) vanilla combat protein powder
6 tbsp. granulated stevia or erythritol
1½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup (227g) vanilla Greek yogurt
1 whole egg
¼ cup milk (any milk is fine)
¼ cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. maple extract
2 tbsp. (35g) white chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix flour, protein powder, stevia, baking powder, and cinnamon. In a separate bowl mix Greek yogurt, egg, maple syrup, milk, vanilla extract, and maple extract.
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Gently fold together until a thick batter forms. Fold in ½ of the white chocolate chips. Spray a muffin tin with nonstick spray. Scoop the batter into 8 spots in the muffin tin.
Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips over the top of each muffin. Bake for about 12-14 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Enjoy!
