Baked protein cake bars with a warm cinnamon flavor and drizzled with icing to make the perfect healthy cinnamon roll protein bar.

Ingredients
½ cup (60g) whole wheat flour
1½ scoops (45g) cinnamon/snickerdoodle protein powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. baking powder
1 whole egg
1 egg white
⅔ cup (150g) vanilla Greek yogurt
3 tbsp. milk (any milk is fine)
2 tbsp. granulated stevia/preferred sweetener
1 tbsp. honey (or agave)
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix flour, protein powder, cinnamon, and baking powder in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix egg, egg white, Greek yogurt, stevia, and honey. Combine wet and dry ingredients and gently fold together until smooth.
Spray a protein/energy bar mould with nonstick spray. Spoon the batter evenly into 8 spots in the mold. If you don't have one, you could also make 4-6 muffins. Bake for 15 minutes.
Mix powdered sugar with 1 tsp. milk. Drizzle over top of bars. Enjoy!
