Moist and fluffy banana bread protein muffins filled with milk chocolate chunks. These healthy and delicious muffins have just over 100 calories each.

Serves: 12 muffins
Ingredients
1 cup (120g) whole wheat bread
1½ scoops (52g) Beast Sports vanilla protein powder
1 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. baking soda
a few dashes of salt
1 whole egg
½ cup (113g) vanilla Greek yogurt
2 large ripe bananas (300g)
6 tbsp. granulated stevia/sweetener of choice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¼ cup chocolate chunks
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, add bananas.
Mash with a fork until mostly smooth but still a few chunks of banana remaining. Add egg, Greek yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Mix.
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Gently fold together until a smooth batter forms. Be careful not to over mix. Stir in ⅔ of the chocolate chunks.
Spoon batter evenly into 12 spots in a muffin tin. Place remaining chocolate chunks on the top of each muffin. Bake for about 15 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Enjoy!
