Chocolate Avocado Protein Pudding

This chocolate avocado protein pudding is super smooth and creamy thanks to the avocado and has a delicious chocolate banana flavor that can't be beat!

Ingredients
  • 2 small ripe avocados
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 scoop (34g) Beast Sports chocolate protein powder
  • ¼ cup granulated stevia/preferred sweetener
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup (or agave/honey)
  • 2 tbsp. milk (any milk is fine)
  • 6 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup (64g) natural creamy peanut butter (or other nut butter such as almond or cashew)
  • cinnamon to taste (optional)
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor. Blend until very smooth and creamy. Make sure protein powder is completely blended in otherwise it will be grainy.
  2. Taste and see if sweet enough. I found this to be plenty sweet, but depending on your taste you may want to sweeten a little more.
  3. Divide pudding into 5 small bowls. Top with a little drizzle of peanut butter and cacao nibs. Enjoy!
