This pecan pie protein fudge is not only healthy but also has an amazing fudge texture and pecan pie taste to go along with it.

  1. Spray 7 silicone muffin molds with nonstick spray. If you don't have silicone muffin molds, you can just spray a muffin pan with nonstick spray but it will be a little harder to get the fudge out once set.
  2. Add maple syrup, coconut oil, and nut butter to a saucepan. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Let boil for 2 minutes while continuing to stir.
  3. Pour mixture into the prepared muffin molds. Top each with a pecan. Put in freezer for 2 hours to set. Let fudge thaw out a little before eating and enjoy! Also, make sure to store the fudge in the fridge.
