Chocolate protein baked oatmeal with mashed banana in the batter to give it a delicious banana bread flavor then topped with more banana. chocolate peanut butter, and chocolate shavings.
Mix oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder and stevia in a bowl. Add egg, egg white, mashed banana and milk. Gently mix until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.
Spray a large ramekin with nonstick spray. Pour batter into ramekin. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
Top with more sliced banana, dark chocolate peanut butter, and shaved chocolate. Enjoy!
