Raspberry Peanut Butter Protein Oatmeal

Serves: 2 servings
1 cup (80g) old fashioned (or quick oats) 1¾ cup milk or water 1 scoop (34g) Beast Sports vanilla protein powder stevia/preferred sweetener to taste 1 tbsp. peanut flour (or regular butter) ⅓ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen) 1 tbsp. raspberry jam (optional) 1 tbsp. peanut butter fresh raspberries Cook oats according to package directions. Half way through cooking, add raspberries. Once cooked, stir in protein powder, peanut flour, sweetener, and optional raspberry jelly. Divide into two bowls. Heat peanut butter in the microwave.
