Creamy and delicious vanilla protein oatmeal cooked with fresh raspberries and peanut butter then topped with more fresh raspberries and a drizzle of melted peanut butter.

Ingredients
Oatmeal
  • 1 cup (80g) old fashioned (or quick oats)
  • 1¾ cup milk or water
  • 1 scoop (34g) Beast Sports vanilla protein powder
  • stevia/preferred sweetener to taste
  • 1 tbsp. peanut flour (or regular butter)
  • ⅓ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp. raspberry jam (optional)
Toppings
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • fresh raspberries
Instructions
  1. Cook oats according to package directions. Half way through cooking, add raspberries.
  2. Once cooked, stir in protein powder, peanut flour, sweetener, and optional raspberry jelly. Divide into two bowls.
  3. Heat peanut butter in the microwave. Drizzle over top of oats. Add fresh raspberries to top. Enjoy!
