¼ cup pure maple syrup (sugar free for less calories/sugar)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Drain and rinse garbanzo beans well. Add all ingredients except for chocolate chips to a food processor. Process until a thick, smooth cookie dough forms.
Add chocolate chips and pulse a few times to incorporate. Don't blend too much or it will just chop up the chocolate chips.
Use cookie dough as spread on toast, or mix it into your oatmeal for an amazing and egg free cookie dough flavor!
