Flourless Peanut Butter Fudge Brownies

These flourless peanut butter fudge brownies super easy and delicious and they can easily be made gluten free and vegan!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup oats
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup + 2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 large avocado
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp. peanut butter (for swirl)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Add oats to food processor and blend until a flour forms. Add all remaining ingredients except for chocolate chips and blend again until a smooth batter forms. Add chocolate chips and pulse a few times to incorporate.
  2. Spray a 6x8 baking dish with nonstick spray. Spoon batter into baking dish.
  3. Microwave 2 tbsp. peanut butter until runny. Add peanut butter in spots on top of the batter. Swirl with a knife.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Cut into 12 brownies and enjoy!
