Cinnamon roll waffles filled with chocolate chips and topped with cream cheese icing, cocoa cinnamon roll peanut butter, and more chocolate chips.

Ingredients
Waffles
½ cup + 2 tbsp. oat flour (or whole wheat flour)
1 scoop Cinnamon Bun rice protein powder (or whey/casein blend)
½ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. cinnamon
a couple dashes of salt
1 whole egg
6 tbsp. milk (I used almond)
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. dark chocolate chips
Cream Cheese Icing
½ tbsp. cream cheese, softened
½ tbsp. sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
3 tbsp. milk or water
Extra Toppings
1 tsp. dark chocolate chips
2 tbsp. D’s Naturals cocoa glazed cinnamon roll protein peanut butter
Instructions
Preheat waffle iron to medium/high heat. Mix flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Add egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Gently mix until a smooth batter forms.
Add chocolate chips and stir into batter. Spray waffle iron with nonstick spray. Spoon batter into waffle iron to make 4 small waffles. Cook for about 4 minutes or until golden brown.
While waffles are cooking, mix all cream cheese icing ingredients in a small bowl. Drizzle icing over waffles once done.
Heat peanut butter in microwave and drizzle over waffles as well. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and enjoy!
