This lemon blueberry protein smoothie is the perfect combination of tart lemon and sweet blueberries, and packed with protein it makes for a refreshing treat!

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup almond milk (or preferred milk)
  • ¾ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop Ascent lemon sorbet whey protein powder
  • Extra blueberries and/or lemon zest as optional toppings
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until creamy and smooth. Enjoy!
