⅓ cup milk/water (I used cashew milk for its creaminess)
Instructions
Blend all ingredients up in a blend. You can also whisk vigorously. Just make sure the protein is well incorporated so there are no clumps of powder in the popsicles!
Depending on size of popsicle molds, this should make 3-5 popsicles roughly! Mine made 5.
Notes
*Can use regular vanilla yogurt, or non-dairy vanilla yogurt as well but it will have less protein than the Greek yogurt.
