This is a super refreshing, healthy and protein packed strawberry lemonade smoothie. Perfect after any hot workout to cool you off and start recovery!

1 smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup almond/cashew milk (or preferred milk)
1 cup strawberries, frozen
1 scoop
Ascent lemon sorbet native whey protein powder
lemon juice to taste (optional, for a stronger lemon flavor)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a powerful blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, and there are no longer chunks of frozen strawberries. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
