German Chocolate Protein Mug Cake (Germanchökolätekäke)

Moist, fluffy German chocolate cake flavored protein mug cake topped with coconut peanut butter, chocolate and vanilla coconut butter and some dark chocolate chips.

Ingredients
Cake
1 scoop BSN GERMANCHÖKOLÄTEKÄKE protein powder
¼ cup whole wheat flour (or oat flour)
1 whole egg
⅓ cup milk (I used unsweetened almond)
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tbsp. shredded coconut
pinch of salt, optional
Toppings
½ tbsp. chocolate coconut butter
½ tbsp. vanilla coconut butter
½ tbsp. coconut peanut butter
chocolate chips
shredded coconut
Instructions
Add dry ingredients to a bowl (protein powder, flour, baking powder, salt) and mix. Add egg and milk. Gently stir again until combined and a smooth batter forms.
Spray a bowl or large mug with nonstick spray. Pour batter into bowl.
Microwave for 1 minute, check, then another 30 seconds. May need more or less time depending on your microwave, so be careful not to overcook, or it will dry out.
Once cooked, top with all of the above toppings, or any of your own favorites. Enjoy!
