Delicious layers of chocolate peanut butter protein oatmeal and creamy peanut butter vanilla yogurt to make the perfect, healthy breakfast treat.

Serves: 2 servings
Ingredients
1 cup oats, uncooked (old fashioned, or quick)
2 cups milk or water
2 tbsp. dark chocolate chips
1 scoop Ascent chocolate peanut butter whey protein powder
pinch of salt
1½ cups Vanilla Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. natural creamy peanut butter*
extra chocolate chips for topping
Instructions
Cook oats in milk or water in the microwave. Add chocolate chips, protein powder, and pinch of salt. Mix. Place in fridge/freezer for about 10-15 minutes to cool.
Mix vanilla Greek yogurt with peanut butter until smooth.
Alternate layers of chilled chocolate oatmeal and peanut butter yogurt mixture into two glasses. Top with some extra chocolate chips if desired. Enjoy!
Notes
*To make the recipe lower fat, you can use defatted peanut flour instead of the regular peanut butter. **This recipe could easily be divided into 3 or even 4 servings. I just decided to make two, larger, breakfast sized servings.
