Healthy, protein-packed, pumpkin chocolate chip no-bake protein bars infused with a delicious cookie dough texture make for the perfect guilt-free decadent treat any time of the day.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup peanut flour
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin purée
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 container (150g) vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 3 scoops Floyd's of Leadville vanilla CBD protein (“macrochef” code for 15% off!)
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. It will be a thick, almost cookie dough like texture.
  2. Press into a medium Tupperware container or pan. Refrigerate for a few hours then slice into 8 bars. Enjoy!
