Berry Protein Baked Oatmeal

February 9, 2017 by Spencer Miller

I don’t know how long it has been since I have made baked oatmeal. And, if I can’t remember, then it has definitely been way too long. So, I finally made some again with this berry protein oatmeal, and it is oh so good!

In this recipe, the vanilla ONE Protein was the perfect hint of sweetness and made for a big boost of protein! The vanilla flavor paired perfectly with the berries in this recipe. I could have eaten the whole thing in one sitting!

Why do you have * after rolled oats and syrup? There seems to be no explanation of them.

Hi, sorry about that. I forgot to put the notes in the recipe. The * after oats is that if you use quick oats instead of rolled oats, the baking time will be slightly less. The ** after the agave is just to let you know that you could use another sweetener such as honey or maple syrup.
