Mmmmm pancakes. I love me some pancakes. And, I love them even more when they have chocolate chips and peanut butter. I was pretty happy while eating these Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes. Pancakes, chocolate and peanut butter all together. What could go wrong?
Lately, to make the pancakes quicker, I have just been throwing all the ingredients together in a blender. It is really easy, and doesn’t involve multiple bowls. And, if you are using oats like I did, you can just blend them up right there in the batter instead of grinding them into the flour first.
In these pancakes, not only did I put the peanut butter on top of the pancakes, but I also made them with peanut butter cookie flavored protein powder. The peanut butter cookie protein is from BSN. They have some other amazing flavors in addition to this one. The peanut butter flavoured protein went perfect with the chocolate chips and peanut butter on top.
Seriously, if you have been craving some pancakes lately but don’t want to ruin your diet with hundreds of carbs and loads of sugar, make this delicious stack. You won’t be disappointed!
