You gotta love a cold, refreshing, caffeinated drink before you workout right? Well, I do, and this raspberry lemonade iced tea is perfect for that. I’ve had raspberry iced tea before, and I’ve had lemon in my tea, so I figured raspberry lemonade iced tea would be perfect! And, it was!
Black tea already has a little bit of natural caffeine, but I added some extra with my Ascent raspberry lemonade pre-workout. In addition to the energy, it added great flavor as well.
This recipe is super simple too. Just brew some black tea and then chill it. Once chilled, blend it up with 1/2 cup raspberries, raspberry lemonade pre-workout, lemon juice and honey to taste. Pour over ice and you have yourself a quick, refreshing, pre-workout iced tea!

Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed black tea, chilled
- ½ cup raspberries
- 1 scoop Ascent raspberry lemonade pre-workout
- lemon juice to taste
- honey to taste
Instructions
- Blend tea, raspberries, pre-workout, lemon juice and honey together. Pour over ice and enjoy!
