Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Add all brownie ingredients to a food processor or powerful blender. Food processor works best! Blend until a thick, smooth batter forms. Make sure the beans are completely blended and no large pieces left.
  3. Line a 6×9 inch glass baking dish with foil. Spray with nonstick spray. Spoon brownie batter into the dish. Spread evenly with a spoon. Sprinkle the top with 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips. Press slightly into the batter.
  4. Bake at 375 for about 25 minutes. Check at 20 minutes because ovens may vary and you don’t want to over-bake and dry out. Center will be slightly under done, but it makes them gooey and delicious.
  5. Once baked, use a spoon to spread melted chocolate chips evenly over top of the brownies. Add 2 tbsp. of melted peanut butter to a small plastic bag. Cut the end off. Use bag to pipe/drizzle peanut butter over top of brownies.
  6. Cut into 10 brownies and enjoy!

Notes

*Truvia is a stevia/sugar blend. It has less sugar than regular granulated sugar, but still bakes like sugar. It can be found in your local grocery. If you don’t have it/can’t find it at your grocery, you can just use 3/4 cup regular granulated sugar instead.
