Cake

  • 1/4 cup (30g) whole wheat flour
  • 2/3 scoop (20g) Musclepharm vanilla casein protein powder
  • 1 tbsp. (6g) peanut flour
  • 1/2 tbsp. granulated stevia
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. (10g) mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp. (16g) natural peanut butter (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Mix whole wheat flour, protein powder, peanut flour, stevia and baking powder in a bowl. In a separate bowl, add unsweetened almond milk, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Batter should be thick. Fold 1 tsp. mini chocolate chips into batter. Spray a small bowl or mug with cooking spray. Microwave for 60 seconds. Check and then microwave for another 30 seconds or until cooked to desired amount. Top with remaining chocolate chips and natural peanut butter.
