Description
Moist and dense deep dish chocolate chip cookie pie. This gooey healthier version has almost 1/3 of the calories of the normal recipe.

Ingredients
- 2 cans garbanzo beans (490g after being drained)
- 3/4 cup (60g) quick oats
- 1/2 cup (90g) coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
- 1/4 cup (48g) stevia brown sugar blend (or another 1/4 cup brown sugar)
- 2 scoops MusclePharm vanilla combat protein powder
- 1/2 cup (113g) natural applesauce
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 tbsp. (42g) coconut oil, melted
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 6 tbsp. (90g) dark chocolate chips (more if desired)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Rinse garbanzo beans very well. Add all ingredients except for chocolate chips to food processor. Blend well until smooth.
- Add chocolate chips and pulse a few times to incorporate. Spray a 9 inch cheesecake pan or round cake pan with nonstick spray. Pour batter into pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes. The top will be slightly gooey. Once cooked, let cool for about an hour to an hour and a half then cut into 8 slices.
