Description

Peanut butter chocolate chunk cookie dough that can be eaten without cooking. Made from garbanzo beans and there is no egg. A delicious peanut butter flavor and filled with chocolate chunks.

Ingredients

  • 1 can garbanzo beans (260g drained) rinsed well
  • 1/2 cup (113g) natural applesauce
  • 3/4 cup (60g) oats
  • 1/2 cup (128g) natural peanut butter*
  • 1 scoop (34g) Musclepharm cinnamon bun combat protein powder
  • 1/4 cup granulated stevia
  • 2 tbsp. sugar free maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup (56g) Amberlyn chocolates dark chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Drain garbanzo beans. Rinse very well. Add garbanzo beans, applesauce, oats and maple syrup. Blend until smooth and there are no chunks of garbanzo beans or oats. Add peanut butter and blend again until smooth. Lastly add stevia, cinnamon and protein powder. Blend. Add chocolate chunks and pulse a few times until evenly distributed.

Notes

* Sub peanut butter for any other natural nut butter such as almond or cashew butter.
