Description

Fluffy slices of cinnamon protein french toast dusted with cinnamon sugar and topped with cream cheese icing, and cinnamon roll protein bar.

Ingredients

French Toast

  • 3 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2/3 scoop (22g) MusclePharm cinnamon bun protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Stevia to taste
  • 1/4 cinnamon roll Arnold protein bar

Cream Cheese Icing

  • 1 tbsp. (15g) cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp. (28g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. granulated stevia or erythritol
  • 2 tbsp. milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat pan to medium/high heat. Whisk together egg, egg white, milk, protein powder, cinnamon and stevia. Soak bread in egg mixture and cook for about 3 minutes per side.
  2. Mix cream cheese ingredients. Drizzle cream cheese icing over French toast. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Slice up protein bar and add to top. Drizzle with maple syrup (optional).
