Sooooooo keto bro. KETO CHOCOLATE AVOCADO PROTEIN PUDDING. But seriously, it is so keto. I have had some requests for some keto recipes so I figured I’d have a crack at it. I’m not even keto, but dang if every keto recipe tasted like this I think I could actually do it!
Yes, this recipe is keto. Obviously, but even if you aren’t keto, you will absolutely love this Keto Chocolate Avocado Protein Pudding. It is super low carb, creamy, decadent, chocolatey, and of course protein packed!
I first made a pudding/mousse using avocado a couple of years ago. This recipe here was one of my first times. I got the idea from a friend, Sean, who was a chef for the Cannondale-Garmin pro cycling team at the time, and is now the chef for Groupama FDJ pro cycling team.
I used, as you can tell, avocado, protein powder, melted chocolate chips (keto) and cacao powder just to name a few. The protein powder is made by Xtend, and it is the chocolate lava cake flavor.

Notes
*You can use more or less depending on your desired chocolate preferences. I used a little bit more since I really enjoy the dark chocolate flavor.
