Super quick and easy chocolate chip protein cupcakes. They pack protein and only 70 calories for each delicious cupcake.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. (45g) whole wheat flour
- 2/3 scoop (23g) MusclePharm cinnamon or vanilla combat powder
- 2 tbsp. granulated stevia or erythritol
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 cup milk (any milk is fine)
- 1 whole egg
- 1/4 cup (56g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 tbsp. (15g) mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix flour, protein powder, stevia, and baking powder in a medium bowl. To a separate bowl, add milk, egg, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract. Mix wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry and gently stir until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spoon batter into 6 silicone cupcake liners. Microwave for 1:00 then 30 seconds intervals for another 0:30 to 1:00.
- Once cooked, top with more chocolate chips and dark chocolate peanut butter. Enjoy!
