Description

Super quick and easy chocolate chip protein cupcakes. They pack protein and only 70 calories for each delicious cupcake.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. (45g) whole wheat flour
  • 2/3 scoop (23g) MusclePharm cinnamon or vanilla combat powder
  • 2 tbsp. granulated stevia or erythritol
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 cup milk (any milk is fine)
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/4 cup (56g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tbsp. (15g) mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, protein powder, stevia, and baking powder in a medium bowl. To a separate bowl, add milk, egg, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract. Mix wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry and gently stir until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  2. Spoon batter into 6 silicone cupcake liners. Microwave for 1:00 then 30 seconds intervals for another 0:30 to 1:00.
  3. Once cooked, top with more chocolate chips and dark chocolate peanut butter. Enjoy!
