Description

Creamy blueberry coconut protein oatmeal topped with more blueberries, shredded coconut, and delicious vanilla cupcake coconut butter. The perfect healthy breakfast.

Oatmeal

  • 1 cup (80g) old fashioned oats
  • 1 scoop (33g) Musclepharm vanilla combat protein powder
  • 1 3/4 cup water (or milk if you prefer to cook oats in milk)
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
  • stevia to taste
  • 1/3 cup (50g) fresh or frozen blueberries

Toppings

  • 1 tbsp. (5g) shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp. (16g) Sweet Spreads vanilla coconut butter
  • blueberries

Instructions

  1. Microwave oats in water for 3:30 to 4:00 minutes. Whisk in egg white and microwave for an additional 0:30 seconds. Add protein powder coconut extract, and stevia. Mix until incorporated. Fold in blueberries.
  2. Top oats with more blueberries, shredded coconut, and vanilla coconut butter. Split oatstwo servings and enjoy!
