Description

Creamy peanut butter marshmallow protein oatmeal. A base of peanut butter protein oats topped with a marshmallow fluff cream, mini marshmallows, natural peanut butter.

Ingredients

Peanut Butter Oatmeal

  • 3/4 cup (60g) old fashioned oats
  • 1 scoop (34g) Musclepharm vanilla combat protein powder
  • 2 tbsp. (12g) peanut flour
  • 2 large egg whites
  • Cinnamon to taste

Marshmallow Cream

  • 1/3 cup (75g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 tbsp. sugar free white chocolate pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Cook oats in microwave or on stove top as directed on oats container. Once cooked, whisk in two egg whites. Make sure egg whites are whisked in well so that there are no clumps og cooked egg white after microwaving. Microwave for 30-45 seconds.
  2. Add protein powder, peanut flour and cinnamon if desired. Mix well.
  3. In a small bowl, mix plain Greek yogurt, marshmallow fluff, and sugar free pudding mix. Put mixture into a small plastic bag. Cut end off and pipe marshmallow cream on top of oatmeal.
  4. Top with more peanut butter for an even better peanut butter flavor.
