Description

Fluffy buttermilk Kodiak Cakes protein pancakes filled with dark chocolate chunks. Topped with natural peanut butter and a drizzle of maple syrup.

Ingredients

Pancakes

  • 3/4 cup (80g) Kodiak Cakes buttermilk pancake mix
  • 3/4 cup water*
  • 1 tbsp. (14g) Amberlyn Chocolates sugar free dark chocolate chunks

Toppings

  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • chocolate chunks
  • natural peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat pan or griddle to medium/high heat. Mix Kodiak cakes mix with water or other desired liquid. Fold in chocolate chunks.
  2. Spoon batter on to griddle to make 4 even sized pancakes. Cook for about 3 minutes per side.
  3. Top with more chocolate chunks, natural peanut butter and maple syrup.

Notes

* Can also use coffee or milk instead of water.
