Healthy and delicious chocolate protein waffles topped with melted sugar free white chocolate and white chocolate peanut butter.

Ingredients

Chocolate Waffles

  • 2/3 cup (76g) Kodiak Cakes pancake and waffle mix
  • 1/2 scoop (17g) Musclepharm chocolate milk casein protein
  • 1 tbsp. (5g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp. granulated stevia or erythritol
  • 1 cup milk or water

White Chocolate Toppings

  • 1 tbsp. (14g) Amber Lyn sugar free white chocolate, melted
  • 2 tbsp. (32g) Nuts-N-More white chocolate protein peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat waffle iron medium/high heat. Mix kodiak cakes mix, protein powder, cocoa powder and stevia. Add milk or water and mix until smooth. Batter will be thick.
  2. Spray waffle iron with nonstick spray. Spoon batter into waffle iron. It is enough to make 3 square Belgian waffles or one large round waffle. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until crispy on the outside.
  3. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over top of waffles. Top with 2 tbsp. white chocolate peanut butter and enjoy.
